We proudly maintain teacher-to-child ratios that exceed Illinois DCFS requirements, allowing our educators to provide more one-on-one attention, stronger relationships, and personalized care for every infant.
Our experienced teachers—many of whom are mothers and grandmothers—bring compassion, knowledge, and years of early childhood experience to every classroom. We understand the trust families place in us and are committed to caring for each child as if they were our own.
Communication You Can Count On We believe that strong partnerships with families begin with excellent communication. ABC Learning Tree uses the Brighwheel®️ parent communication app to keep families connected throughout the day. Through Brightwheel, parents receive: • Daily reports on feedings, diaper changes, naps, and activities • Photos and updates throughout the day • Direct messaging with teachers and administration • Important announcements and reminders • Easy access to your child's daily routine and progress Our goal is to provide families with peace of mind by keeping them informed and involved in their child's day.
Learning Through Love and Discovery Our developmentally appropriate curriculum supports every area of infant development, including: •Language Development through songs, stories, reading, and conversation •Social & Emotional Growth through nurturing relationships and responsive caregiving •Sensory Exploration with hands-on experiences, music, textures, colors, and sounds •Fine Motor Skills through reaching, grasping, stacking, and self-feeding •Gross Motor Skills through tummy time, rolling, sitting, crawling, standing, and early walking •Cognitive Development by encouraging curiosity, discovery, and problem-solving Every child develops at their own pace, our teachers thoughtfully observe each child's progress and tailor activities to support individual growth.
