Yoga

Yoga helps children build flexibility, strength, and overall body awareness while also encouraging healthy movement, calmness, and emotional regulation. Each week, our teachers gently guide children through simple, age-appropriate poses, along with breathing and relaxation exercises designed to support mindfulness and focus. This practice encourages balance, coordination, and self-confidence in a peaceful and nurturing environment. Each yoga session is approximately 25 minutes long, giving children enough time to slow down, stretch, and fully engage in the experience.
